Name of the event: International presentation of the new BMW Z4 Company: BMW Profile of the event: • Type of event: Presentation of the new BMW Z4 for the international press Objectives that were to achieve: Creating the biggest media attention possible in specialized magazines and the general press for the market launch of the new BMW Z4. Desciption of the event: Eventisimo was responsible for the organisation of the event, the coordination of the work with the partners on side like IFA Alicante, Kunst Catering and the Hotel Asia Gardens. The event was developed from March until the beginning of April with the help of the popular system “back to back”, in this case until the arrival of the 60 journalists and 30 invited guests by BMW at the airport of Alicante. The participants were invited to test drive the cars themselves so that they could experience the newest impressions and advantages that the new BMW Z4 offers as one of the firsts. Different routs around the city were organized, always beginning at the congress centre IFA. In the evening a press conference took place in the Hotel Barceló Asia Gardens, followed by a Gala dinner in the Hotel. |
