Name of the event: Stronger through the Storm Company: HENKEL Profile of the event: • Type of event: Convention „Power of the sales“ 2010 Objectives that were to achieve: Making the participants aware that the Henkel group is a strong group which has overcome the financial crisis successfully. Increasing the team spirit among the participants from the different international delegations and strengthening their ambition to achieve new aims in 2010. Description of the event: The venue was the Hotel Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora on Tenerife. 180 Managers from all international delegations of the Henkel group participated. For some days they had the possibility to enjoy the magnificent climate of the island and to combine work with free time. Eventisimo was responsible for the build-up of the audiovisual equipment as well as for the accommodation, board, transport and leisure activities. During the convention work and free time were brought in line to strengthen the personal relationships among the participants and between the participants and the company. Thus the participants could enjoy for example a tour on a catamaran during which they could observe whales in the open sea. Finally we would like to refer to the huge success of the „Tai Chi for business“ –sessions which took place every morning before the reunions. All the participants could enjoy relaxation exercises for 15 minutes which should prepare them for the up-coming, hard working day.
