Objectives that were to achieve:

Cultivate and motivate the employees and at the same time remind them of the importance of sharing to reach as many personal and professional goals as possible were the main objectives of this event.

Description of the event:

The event took one week, where the employees had the possibility to combine leisure with work.

 

WELCOME DINNER
The programme started with a wonderful dinner at the castle of Montjuic. The attendees received at the entrance a sunflower hat and a flower box mask, which transformed them immediately to 2.300 living sunflowers. Afterwards they went through a garden with huge flowers and enchanted animals like butterflies, woodlouses, grasshoppers… until they reached the location of the dinner: wonderland.

The tables, which were decorated with hundreds of sunflowers, were arranged like rays in direction to the huge stage with screens, where images of magical forests, flowers and butterflies were shown. It seemed like a huge human sun that illuminated the night at the castle.

Suddenly, the walls of the castle were illuminated and on the main stage appeared fantasy creatures like goblins, unicorns and fairies to start the show.

During the night, there were a lot of games to show the participants that they are the most important part of the dinner: They made their own plasticized sunflowers and received a mini-flower box with potting soil and seeds to plant their own sunflower as a memory of this magical night.

The positive energy was palpable and this perfect evening was just the beginning of a spectacular week.

CONFERENCE
Following the motto of the convention, the next days took place various product presentations, award ceremonies, reports…

DINNER IN POBLE ESPAÑOL
In the middle of the week, participants were invited to a dinner in Poble Español. Spanish soul and passion: There was a Spanish fiesta with traditional dances, flamenco show with guitar and typical dishes.

EXCURSIONS
In their spare time, the participants had the opportunity to choose between different activities to get to know the city: guided tours to the important sights, helicopter excursions, bike tours… Imagine: 2.300 persons (in groups of 500) on bikes all over Barcelona!

FAREWELL DINNER
On a huge red carpet the attendees got to the interior of the location, with 240 tables in different colours and in the centre a great globe. The colours and the globe were symbols of the five continents and showed the theme of the event for the next year: 40th anniversary of the company – union of the 5 continents. Performances in all colours, award ceremonies and a great party were the last parts of this spectacular event.
